1. Class size
Every class is capped at six students with one teacher. If a class is full, WhaleYou Learning will open an additional class or offer a place on the waitlist. WhaleYou Learning will not add a seventh student to any class.
2. Fees
Fees are charged per lesson by level as published on the fees page at the time of enrolment. Fee changes are published on the fees page with at least one month's notice. [Payment schedule, payment methods and any registration or material fees to be confirmed and inserted here.]
3. Trial lesson
A trial lesson costs $20, is attended in a real class, and carries no obligation to enrol.
4. Missed lessons and cancelled lessons
A lesson missed by the student, for any reason, is not refunded and is not made up. Please check the timetable against school events before paying for a month.
If WhaleYou Learning cancels a lesson, WhaleYou Learning will either schedule a replacement lesson or refund the fee for that lesson, and will tell parents which applies.
WhaleYou Learning may, at its sole discretion, make an exception to this policy in an individual case. An exception in one case does not create an entitlement in another.
