What we collect
When you enquire or book a trial: the parent's name, mobile number, email address, the child's level and subjects, and anything you choose to tell us. When you enrol: the student's name and level, and attendance and progress records needed to teach the class and report to parents.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, schedule and run classes, keep attendance, share progress with parents, and process fees. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Who sees it
WhaleYou Learning staff who need it to do their job, and the service providers that run our website forms, messaging and payments. [List providers once confirmed, e.g. Netlify, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, payment processor.]
Website data
Our website uses standard server logs and, where enabled, Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. No personal data is placed in web addresses.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you or your child by emailing admin@whaleyou.sg. Our Data Protection Officer contact is the same address. [Confirm the DPO contact before publishing.]
